<p>Some schools require students (not including international students) who have not studied at a Eng-speaking country for more than five years to take the TOEFL. Let's say if the average CR (SAT) scores for that school are 630-730, is that student (who takes the TOEFL and scores below average, like 600 or 590) going to be at a disadvantage compare to other students (a native-eng speaker who scores 650+)?????</p>
