God ans what was that show on Nick… all the skater kids in SoCal that did the woogiewoogiewoogie thing and called people shoobies… What was the name of that show???

ROCKET POWER!!! Thats it. Best elementary school show ever.

^^^Jesus, I forgot about Rocket Power… I loved Reggie.

Wow, the 90s really did own massive amounts of face, didn’t they?

Lol omg this is so true!! I remember getting up at 6:00 am every Saturday to watch those cartoons until 11am!!!
And I remember when I first started using the Internet!

I remember actually watching Looney Toons on Saturday mornings for hours.

Looney Toons isn’t even on cable anymore.

Kids nowadays are going to miss growing up watching cartoons with little dialogue to the background of classical music. Cartoons nowadays have so much more vibrant colors, catchy songs, dumbed down dialogue, etc. We’re “amusing ourselves to death.”

Haha, I was only allowed one hour of TV per day in elementary school. :(

I watched Dragon Tales.

Holy crap…just about everything I remember. Wow…it seems like so long ago. ;__;

way to make me feel depressed…like i feel every time i read this.

retrojunk.com

wow this is making me very nostalgic…

I swear, I love nostalgia and reminiscing about the past, but it can be such a ***** sometimes. I wish I had a time machine…

I love this list. It’s so amazing. I miss my 90’s so much.

Anyone remember those stupid slap-on bracelets or pound puppies? How about the boy band craze? BEFORE Nickalodeon introduced the 3D images or before Tommy had a brother on Rugrats?

Tom and Jerry anyone?
I remember a couple of other tv shows like Arthur, Magic School Bus, ____ Critters (I think it was on PBS and had these two Australian guys along with a lemur. Talked about a ton of animals and such) and Bill Nye (Does he still have that show?)

Zaboomafoo!

@Woami

I used to watch Tom and Jerry all the time. They made some new ones, and they are really bad in my opinion. I loved the old ones that only had music and no talking.

For the PBS show with two guys and a lemur, are you talking about Zoboomafoo? I don’t think those guys were Australians, though, were they?

thanks! It is Zabommafoo. I have a bad memory when it comes to names.

How could you forget the name Zaboomafoo!?!?!?

I can still sing the song to Zaboomafoo!

Walking in the woods one day,
Chris and Martin saw something strange,
A little leaping lemur who liked to bounce and play.
They followed their new bouncing friend,
Not knowing where the adventure would end,
The animals where headed just around the bend!

Did anyone watch ZOOM? I could speak Ubi Dubi… :D

I remember most of that stuff. I remember when gas used to be $1.07 and when caller ids were first invented. It was the ones that were separate from the phone. I also remember the original gameboy, gameboy colors, and the first pokemon (the yellow one). I missed the 90s. Back then Pokemon was actually a good show (until they got rid of Brock and Misty).

I also remember the old Cartoon Network shows like Cow and Chicken, Johnny Bravo, Tom and Jerry. Oh, I also remember Recess and Clarissa. Remember when everyone used to love Sailor Moon (Jupiter was always my favorite)? Man, those were the good days.

I also remember all the tricks with the Yo-yo, though sadly I never learned how to do it myself.

Remember the Pokemon cards and how you always wanted to have the holographic cards? We used to bring that to school all the time, but you had to keep it very close because kids would always try to steal it (same with Yugioh cards).

quote.

WAIT! They got rid of Brock and Misty?! AHHH! That’s horrible.

I stopped caring, but now I’m mad.
