<p>I love CC a lot. But doesn't it anger you when you make a post or respectfully disagree with someone on CC, and then they start going off on you as if you said something about their mama. (These kind of obnoxious people are called trolls?)</p>

<p>I think that's missing the point of a troll... generally a "troll" has only a few posts all of which are attacking other users.</p>

<p>I think a good way to handle them is by ignoring them. When I first starting using CC, I used to respond to trolls, but now I try very hard to not dignify their unnecessary comments with a response. But how has other people dealt with them. On some discussion forums, I've seen people outrightly curse them off.</p>
