I am a senior and will be graduating in may 2019. My plan is to go to either university of Arizona or Arizona state university. My dream school has been asu but I am not sure of my chances of getting into the business program. I am thinking about applying undecided but I do not want to go into my first year or two and then not make it into the business program. My odds of getting into the UofA business program are much better. I am not sure what to do about my situation and i am also wondering about which school is better overall.
I don’t think that either school has a leg up on the other, though perhaps there’s an AZ resident who will disagree. If U of A means a better shot of you getting into the business school, it’s a no-brainer. Why is ASU your dream school over U of A? Location? Culture? Both are large flagships, and both have big-time sports, competing in the PAC-12. I would imagine that a student could have a lot of fun at either. 
If you have a strong GPA and high test scores, one serious draw to ASU is its honors college, Barrett, which is sort of the national model for honors programs.
Both are ginormous schools, but ASU is really ginormous (this is another appeal for those who can get into Barrett). U of A has 15,000 fewer students.
