it’s been over a week since i donated blood and my arm hurts still

i have to put my arm in a certain position so it doesn’t hurt.. if i attempt to make my arm straight i get a sharp pain here: the red part

the blue part got bigger from yesterday. it wasn’t big for the past 7 days but then when i woke up and looked at my arm it got tripled or quadrupled the size.

what can i do??

Geez, I donated blood in October and nothing like that happened to me. Maybe you should ask your doctor? Did they have to poke the needle around a lot to find a vein? They had to do that to me and my arm hurt for a day, maybe.

nope… the guy just put the needle in once into my vein and didn’t move it.

Yea man, go to the doctor. I love the “buy it on a product” thing when I clicked the link, Lol! Your arm on a mug hahah.

Yea, then I would definitely get to the doctor. Maybe something went wrong…

my dad is a dick… i told him about it and then he thinks i’m joking. WTH?

hahaha i just saw that

OP, that kinda happened to me. Except it was WAY worst. That inside of your arm part, umm you know the opposite of your elbow well it was like 4 times more blue than yours. No exaggeration. I had to have blood taken out to run some tests, but I kept fidgeting and shaking with the needle until they finally decided to use my other arm. lol. Luckily I stayed still for the next one. If it’s anything like mine it should go away in another week or week and a half. Just stick a band-aid on it, I just thought it looked cool.

Oh and I’m not allowed to donate blood because I weigh less than 110 pounds. How lame is that?
