<p>i know that williams college has a renown art history department, but I was wondering if vassar is also a good option. Which college has better job prospects after college as well?</p>

<p>I can’t give you a “which is better” opinion, but I can tell you that Williams art history majors do very well in the area of internships, jobs and graduate school programs. </p>

<p>The Steamboat Foundation offers an exceptional opportunity for a paid summer internship at the Isabella Stewart Gardiner museum. There are also volunteer opportunities on campus at the Williams College Museum, The Clark and MassMoCA. Connections to curators and directors at museums across the country are plentiful.</p>

<p>Williams alumni dominate curatorships of the nation’s leading art museums (e.g. MOMA).</p>

<p>DS worked at the Clark all summer in a paid position and had a ball.</p>
