Art Supplement for Common Application

Should I submit the Art Supplement (Visual) on the Common Application if I don't plan to do art in college?
I mean I took AP Art Drawing and have a portfolio, except I don't see anywhere on Common Application that asks me to send any of my actual works.

Well,that's what I'm doing.

If you think your art is good enough for them to sit up and take notice, by all means do so. Think of it this way: your list of EC's will only say in so many words that you are good at your art. But your Art Supplement will actually PROVE it. So go for it! :)

So where do you send your actual portfolio?

i have the same question...i'm not filling out the common app art supplement forms but i'm having my artwork photographed tomorrow and will send in a CD to each school.

usually, schools have a set of instructions regarding supplementary materials, and sometimes even a separate deadline for such submissions. You should note these down.

Also, most schools ask for you to mail certain pieces from your portfolio which express your versatility in your chosen field, and ask you to include a copy of your art supplement along with it.
