I have already submitted my application but I realized I would like to submit some of my art as supplements. Is it too late? If it is then that’s cool, but if it isn’t too late, how would I go about sending it in?

No offense intended, but I would think that any art submitted as an afterthought is not a good idea.
In any case, it doesn’t appear possible.
FWIW: Admissions is very familiar with the grading rubric for AP Studio Art, so your portfolio should be as varied and distinguished as the example portfolio on the College Board website: http://apcentral.collegeboard.com/apc/members/exam/exam_information/227305.html
However, as IxnayBob pointed out, it’s too late to submit a Slideroom portfolio to Yale. It’s not to late though to create a Slideroom art portfolio for other colleges on your list that you haven’t submitted to.
