<p>So it is speculation. Like tekiers said, “I don’t have any hard evidence.” The UCs consider new ideas ALL THE TIME. I was just pointing out that there have been threads flying around the forum saying that UCs will now accept more OOS students to help with their budget problems. Yeah it has been suggested, but no one said it is going to happen.</p>

<p>Yes, it did not say international students. Yes, it was assumed based on the fact that international students pay regular price tuition, just like OOS.</p>
