<p>I just have a quick, small question about the arts supplement.
I understand that we submit work online in .jpeg format and is supposed to showcase our best talent, but can we also submit sketches?
I have a few large works, but I feel that some of my sketches are substantial material also. </p>

<p>Do you think maybe you could scan a picture of your sketches and upload it that way?</p>
<p>Most likely, but I was more asking toward the fact that they are sketches, and not something that I’ve spent a really long time on. (:</p>
<p>yes. sketches are good, especially if they’re quick and observational and demonstrate a good mastery of capturing what you see onto paper in a short amount of time. maybe title it like “5 minute study of _____” so they know how long you spent on it. i remember for last year’s apps, they suggested you include quick sketches/thought-process-revealing drawings.</p>
