Question about the Art Supplement!

Hi guys! So I'm going to be submitting an art supplement to Yale (drawings) but I just wanted to ask a few questions beforehand.

Some of my pieces are extremely detailed, but I'm not sure how to include "close-ups" in the supplement. Should I add a link in the description to an image with the close-ups, or should I squeeze in the close-ups under the drawing and compile them into one image? Though honestly, the limited resolution doesn't help much with that...

Should the description say anything more than the title, medium, size, date, and "drawn to life"? I was planning to put in a small snippet on some of them stating the concept/message of the piece, but I'm not sure if it's allowed?

As someone who’s submitting a portfolio as well, your work should be good enough to stand on its own without the need for close-ups.
