ASAP HELP

Went away for the first semester my loan got dropped for whatever reason without my knowing I was financially evicted and withdrew from all my classes before the deadline for refund. Come to find out I owe 9k for about 2 months of school.
Fast forward I go to CC and I get a 4.0 I want to transfer from the cc to a 4 year institution. However I have not been able to obtain my transcripts from school A. I really want to transfer and this is holding me back it is really upsetting because financially I nor my parents can pay this bill anytime soon. The school requested I take out a personal Loan however realistically no one is loaning a 19 yr old 9k and my parents are not in the greatest position financially to be able to consign. I am preparing for an instant decision day next Tuesday and I am so overwhelmed with whether or not I should disclose the info from the college A. I was told by a source in the admin office that if I had not been looking to receive credit from school A there should not be a problem with me omitting this information. After reviewing the application it states to disclose all instituions attended. I really would like to transfer out of my cc because I feel I have not been challenged and moreover I am unhappy. I also am aware of the national clearinghouse and that colleges can look your history up and that financial aid would show up. when attending the cc I was able to continue receiving my Pell grant even with the outstanding balance. The point of this rant is what should I do this is an awful predericment and please do not belittle me with I told you so like statements such as “you should have had your finances in place” life happens and it hits hard things went down the shitter for me right before I left for school. I just need advices regarding a course of action. Please and thank you and excuse my grammar as well.

If the application states that you have to disclose all previous schools, you can’t omit any.

Is there anyway to negotiate a payment plan with School A? It may allow you time to pay off that 9k and still have access to your transcript.

Or, will your new school accept unofficial transcripts? Then you might be okay.

Also, make sure you find out why your loan was taken away, so that you can avoid a similar loss of funds in the future.

You will need to get an official transcript from School A in order to be considered a full degree candidate at School C. Until you are a degree candidate, School C won’t be able to give you any state or federal financial aid. And if you are never a degree candidate at C, you will never be able to graduate. To be honest, I am surprised that you were able to receive Pell money at School B. So please be attentive. If it turns out that you were awarded that in error, you will have to pay it back.

So, you have to find a way to settle with School A. If a private loan or an installment plan can be arranged, and you can begin to pay down that debt, that would be the place to start. You might have to wait to transfer to School C until you have the debt to School A settled.

What has happened to you is awful. If it is any comfort, please know that you aren’t the first student who has had to face this kind of interruption. If you aren’t already working, pay a visit to the career center at School B, and get some help with finding a job so you can pay off School A.

If you withdrew before the refund deadline, how come you owe them money? Do you owe the school money for the loan, or for tuition itself? I’m a little bit confused by the whole scenario. If you owe money for tuition, you could look into a retroactive withdrawal, depending on your reasons for leaving.
