Mostly B’s freshmen year to mostly C’s and D’s junior year; downward progression of grades; 2 D’s in junior year from core math classes(Precalculus honors and AP Statistics)
@grtd2010 EC’s helped out a lot to prove my case. Struggled with ADD and couldn’t perform in classroom, but everything outside proved what I was really capable of accomplishing. This post is not a joke by any means, I want to give people like me some hope because this college process is extremely stressful, and we all take W’s and L’s.
@tiffhenriques12 still waiting to see what my options are. Love the internship opportunities at Rutgers which is backed up by the high return on investment. Great school honestly has gotten much better over the years.
I was accepted to the Newark Business school and NB SAS with a 2.79 GPA and an 1880 SAT. But for me, my grades had a massive upward trend and I had an insane amount of ECs. (Theater, Varsity Fencing, Robotics, etc.) I also had a very good essay according to most people who read it. Not sure why they let you in but nevertheless congrats man.
Accepted to New Brunswick Business and Newark Business @mikefencer123 which one would you recommend? Newark is closer to NYC which makes it convenient for internships and opportunities, but people say NB has more of the college feel.
