Hi, currently a senior applying to a wide range of schools, Rutgers being the primary choice. Unfortunately, I have a rather dismal weighted GPA which was an inevitable result of not taking my academics as seriously as I should have, a fact for which I hold no pride and expect no remorse. Optimally, I'd like to attend the Business School on the Newark campus. Do I have even the slightest chance?

Weighted GPA: 2.89

SAT: 1960 (first time, retook it recently and will likely receive a somewhat improved score)

ECs: 2 years in an ecological club, a year of track at the non-diversity level

To be frank, I feel incredibly apprehensive about submitting this in a community of achievers. Feel free to sink your claws into me, dole out the harsh critiques or whatever you feel appropriate.
