<p>Take a printed copy of the confirmation email sent after you registered to both your home email address and your UCR Webmail address. </p>
<p>Also, have your SID, your NetID and PermPin with you - better yet, memorize them.</p>
<p>I don’t remember whether I was asked for a photo ID but I have a driver’s license so I never worried about that. But you probably have your high school photo id which would be sufficient so don’t worry. I think the photo id is more important for test-taking. The confirmation email will suffice for Orientation.</p>

<p>that’s where you register for classes, so unless you want to do that up later (you don’t), then yes. and i dont see why you wouldnt want to. =P meet new people! get to know your new school.</p>
<p>Some people actually have fun at orientation. It was just whatevers to me. But, yeah, go early to sign up for classes. The later you go… the less of a chance you will have to get the classes you want. It’s good to familiarize yourself with the campus, so you aren’t a lost freshmen on the first day of school. ;p</p>
