<p>I am looking to apply to some schools ANYWHERE in the US with most likely a mechanical or biomedical engineering degree.
SAT- just under 2000
GPA- 3.7
Average EC</p>

<p>However, financial aid is extremely important as I truly cannot afford even a mediocre amount of money due to family and financial hardships.
Can anyone recommend and engineering schools that offer great financial aid according to my stats?</p>

<p>Have you checked out the cost for in state public college? It is likely the most affordable option for you.</p>

<p>You might have luck at Lafayette College. They have a great engineering program and I’ve known people who applied ED and have gotten in w/ your stats. Don’t know about your ECs (don’t really know what qualifies as “average EC”) Also-I don’t know about financial aid but you can find out about that on colleges.niche or on the school website. </p>
