ASU vs U of A

I’m a HS senior deciding between ASU and U of A. I am planning to be an honors student either way. I’ve lived in Phoenixf for most of my life and like it here. However, I am willing to live in Tuscon, disregarding the fact that I fear there will be nothing to do there. I would pursue a double major in biochemistry (medicinal) and environmental chemistry (or their engineering equivalents), since many of their credit classes intersect and I’m unsure of whether I want a career in the pharmaceutical industry or involving environmental processes. Which school has better STEM programs, the better honors college, and surrounding atmosphere? Thanks for your insight.
