<p>Are you a new student?? Why would you want to change dorms before you get there?</p>
<p>Even if you feel strongly, you should still at least wait until you get to DA and see the dorm yourself. You might change your opinion. I think I saw something on the school website that said it’s not allowed after the dorms have been assigned. </p>
