Which school has the best gym, squash complex, baseball field.
I know that Middlesex has the soccer fields for example, because the u-14 national team has their camp there in august and they aren't allowed to use the varsity fields.

Gym -SPS
squash - Deerfield, which also has a very nice soccer field - as good as Middlesex

NMH has two very nice recently installed grass soccer fields…very nice surface…and two new multi-sport turf field surfaces. Also, very competitive soccer teams. Leader in NEPSAC class A championships and a commitment to continuing this trend. Lost in semis’s this year, but also missing 2 key players to injury. Varsity baseball field is also very nice. Drawback=no dugouts.

Keylyme - Perhaps the “Keylyme Family” dugouts in the future? ;)

NMH is okay for its lax admissions and large number of students. trust me ive seen them all MX is the best by far. the boston bolts are training there this spring they are the premier elite club in new england.

also sorry other fields as well
deerfield has the best baseball field i think

SPS’ athletic facilities are pretty impressive.

wasn’t deerfield baseball field the 2nd best in NE next to Fenway?

Hcos…Bolts is soccer (which I assume you know, but just to clarify for others as you were talking lax). And don’t forget the other elite New England soccer club, Seacoast United, who have their own facilities which are unparallelled. Of course, it is not a boarding school, so not pertinent to the topic.

Creative…interesting comment. Do I know you???

George School - great equestrian stables…the horses are absolutely beautiful as well! :)

keylyme - no, we don’t know each other but I’ve been on this Prep board long enough to know your family’s connection to baseball. :)

Seacoast sucks sorry no offense but my team beat them 6-0 with our subs in for the second half an that was their top team. they do have nice facilities however but the program is medicore

and by lax i meant relaxed

I’m surprised no one has mentioned Exeter. We thought their athletic facilities were “over the top” gorgeous and expansive!

IMHO, Hotchkiss has the best field house (i.e., the Mars Athletic Facility is quite incredible, especially with its Olympic pool), and Deerfield has the most amazing baseball field.

Exeter’s track is very nice. Plus their whole connected Athletic facility is nice.

Hcos…Ummm, I’m not finding a 6-0 score anywhere and I’ve searched last year’s Academy scores for both age groups. Which team are you talking about anyway?

And please be a bit less abrasive in your comments. My son has played for Seacoast for the past 5 years and we think they are an excellent club. Certainly the best in the NH/VT/Maine area. Don’t forget, we have a lot smaller population to draw on here. Before the advent of the USSDA, Seacoast teams (and I mean every team from U14 on up) regularly made it to regional and national play in both Region I spring play and SuperY. As a matter of fact, the year before academy started, they were the number 1 ranked SuperY team in the nation. My son’s superY team made it to region I regionals three years in a row, and superY North American Finals three years in a row. The age group above him won nationals and made it to nationals the other two years. Academy has hurt us because there just aren’t enough elite players in our area to field academy teams and premier teams, so both teams end up suffering. Excellent coaching (majority of coaches are from England and the facitlity director as well as the director of player development along with other staff members are all ex-English premier players. We have a couple national staff too) excellent facilities, and many players making it to DI play, though.
