<p>im from southern california and would like to get a better feel for cornell. i will be visiting during spring break, but i would like some of your opinions first.</p>
<p>what do most people do for fun there? is everything to do on campus?
whats the temperature like there year round? is it SUPER cold in the winter? here, the lowest is probably in the high 30s on a winter night only.

<p>It can get pretty cold. Get a balaclava or scarf so you can withstand the wind chill.</p>
<p>1) people do a lot of fun. weekend is usually frat parties or bars, both which are pretty good. there are also a capella concerts, ethnic shows, FOOD all over, rock climbing in barton, concerts , lectures, exhibits. there is so much to do. i have never been bored here.</p>
<p>2)the winter here is cold.definitely less than 30 degrees.</p>

<p>ps I personally can't wait. I'm getting pretty sick of the small parties at the college I'm at right now. I wanna go to some big ones w/ loud music n dancing and where I don't know most of the girls lol.</p>
