<p>Why are you asking this question? Are you trying to see whether/why minorities are applying, or taking a poll to see which and how many of each minority are applying? Or are you asking how people feel about their chances being affected? (that is what you commented about)...I'm lost as to what the purpose of this thread is (not because I'm trying to be critical, but I'm interested in what info you are trying to learn)</p>

<p>good point, thank you jtc - this is more of an open-ended thread...any blacks, hispanics, or native americans applying should post here - it'll give us an idea of the proportion of minorities to the whole ed applicant pool (relative to the ed roster already available) - other stuff can be put on here too, im not a despot</p>
<p>i don't think you'll find too many minorities of the races you specified on this site, not only because it hasn't caught on to everyone, but also because to be quite honest this website doesn't always seem to have a hospitable atmosphere for those 'damn minorities taking up our hard earned spots'. but good luck. :)</p>
