If I make it to the top ten then can I automatically get accepted into Mccombs?

No. For 2013 the auto-admit was top 8%. For 2014 the auto-admit is top 7%. That is only for acceptance to the university. Getting into McCombs is not guaranteed. Getting into any major is not guaranteed.
