From what I have been seeing no one has got their paper decisions yet… But my unofficial transcript isn’t loading either… is that something that I should be worries about?
@mln000 mine hasn’t loaded either. I’m trying not to worry about it too much because the letter is the official word from the university.
I just hate the waiting… I need to start making a decision of where I’m going to attend in the fall, but I can’t because of UW decision process.
Hey @Aharris1105 and @mln000 if your transcript is loaded you should receive emails from financial aid office in the same day or the next day if you applied for financial aid. The official acceptance letter will be mailed to you the day after your transcript is loaded and if you live in WA you should get it in two days from the day they send it out (you will be able to see your application status when you log in to your uw student account). @uwwa2016 what’s the whole point of the big letter if they pretty much notify you by giving you an unofficial transcript and a email from financial aid?
@Aharris1105 I guess it’s just an official way to know you are accepted lol 
Also in the envelope, there is a form called “I Accept” you have to send it back with a $310 check for new student fee. There is also a booklet that has information you need (well you can find it on UW website but it’s kind of nice to have the info you need in a booklet).
Has anyone on here gotten their letter yet?
Or actually any updates for that matter? I haven’t seen many unofficial transcript posts this week.

I’ve been being stressed too much :(. I heard there is really hard for a CC student to be accepted into CSE department t_t.
I applied as a design major but didn’t get accepted into my intended major. I know that’s not a factor for general admissions (as they say on the website) but I’m still afraid it affects my chances. 
I’m hoping I can still get in as a pre major to take up the design prereq that could still lead me to getting into my major.
This is so nerve wracking I wish all of you the best of luck!
Edit: was looking at the freshman section lol huhu, pretty sure admission to my intended major may affect certain things as a transfer student. I’m just afraid UW doesn’t know I have second choices that are non competitive majors. Wah
AHH! The wait is killing me!! @ginger5409, have you (or anyone else) gotten your letter in the mail yet? What was the due date on your deposit? That is likely when the next wave of letters will be sent out.
My application status changed yesterday, but it says it has advanced. Should they just accept or reject? Do they go under a processing time: This is what I got, I have not applied to other schools, so I hope it is a good sign. I have no idea what this is:
Your application has been advanced to the full review process and will remain in this status unless more documentation is required, or until decisions become available. If any additional information is needed, you will be emailed. When a decision is made, you will be notified by email or by mail.
Mine is not changed yet
And I don’t know what the change means.
Does it mean your application was reviewed and my application is still not reviewed?
Did you apply for Seattle campus?
I think the decision is gonna be delayed more than I expected.
In last year threads, someone asked to admission and they answered that majority of applicant will get decision in June.
But this year the admission only answers that “it will send from June to late july”
I think the process of this year is definitely late than last year.
