This will probably vary from person to person, but what is the recommended amount of time to study for a class per week.

I know certain teachers (for example, Hardinger for 14C/D recommends an hour a day) recommend certain minimum amounts of time to study for students..

Anyway, I'm interested in the study time for life science series (2-4), physics 6 series, stats 13, and math 30 series. I know it will largely vary from person to person, but any input could help.

I haven’t taken any of the classes you mentioned, but it really depends and there’s no minimum study time. Sorry that it isn’t helpful. Looking at people I know taking those series, it seems like they study about 4 hours per week and about 4 to 5 hours/night around midterms or finals. This is a rough estimate.

If you are familiar with stats even a little bit, stats 10/13 are a joke. In fact stats 13 is good because it gives you life science lab credit.

Math 3x is probably very person dependent. I’ve tutored for those classes and the range of mastery of the material is very large. Those exams can be tricky though, so don’t underestimate it even if you have taken calculus before.

I’ve heard the LS series require a lot of work, but I wouldn’t know as I haven’t taken them.

LS series is rote memorization, at least one hour per day depending on how quick you absorb info. physics and math depend on how good you are in those subjects; if you have to do more problems and take longer to understand them, well that’s your answer.
