<p>I have enrolled at RPI for the class of 2017 and I was just wondering what the average GPA for an engineering student is at RPI? I heard its difficult, I just want to get a sense of how difficult.</p>

<p>Like a 2.7. But, if you are coming in with a good background (like AP Calc, AP Physics) then you’ll have an easier time with classes like Intro to Engineering Analysis than someone who didn’t. Also, runmiles join the class of 2017 forum:

all non-greek: 3.20</p>

<p>No engineering specific from my list, sorry!</p>
