Average GPA ?

According to CollegeData.com, there is no reported AVG GPA.
But according to the class of 2001 profile, it goes like 3.7uw/4.12w
Is this accurate?

I don't know if I should make some last minute changes to my college list and drop WFU because I never realized applicants had stellar gpa's.
I have around a 3.4 - 3.5 (uw). Not sure about (W), but not that great either.

What do you think? Is it even worth applying to WFU?
I know things like ECs, recs, essays, and SAT score can help admissions. But here i'm just looking at GPA-wise. Is it worth applying? Is my GPA already too low for WFU?

Other misc. info: CA resident, Asian.

I've always heard that WF doesn't have an average GPA. It sounds like they look more closely at class rank--and that they try to get a sense of how hard your school is (i.e., greater break in rank expectations for students from really good school).

Assuming you like WF, I'd still apply. Even if that is the average, there are still 50% of the students with lower GPAs that helped create that average.

so many school use different scales for a GPA .. so there is really no average. if you go to a tough school, then you may be alright with the right SAT and EC's (wake loves a high SAT more than anything).
