Title explains it all, though I'm sure this has been posted here before.

Recently I've had to get adjusted to spending three to five hours every weekend. I usually hold off until Sunday afternoon to start my assignments, which I realize is not the smartest thing to do. On weeknights I'd estimate around three hours. Though, most kids I know in my same classes have only one hour because they finish in class (I'm guessing they rush).

I use study hall a lot, so I only have about 10 minutes of written homework a night. I could have 0 minutes, but I usually feel lazy during study hall.

I usually do some of my homework in class and when I get home, I have to deal with annoying Asian parents and a pestering brother who ruin my concentration and cause me to take 3 hours when, really, I would be able to finish my homework in 1 to 2 hours.

If I concentrate (happens maybe once a year), about an hour; if I’m watching a movie and/or on the computer and/or with friends, two hours. The exceptions being when I have a long-term assignment.

3-4 hours a night and 5-6 hours on the weekend. It would probably take a little less time if I worked 100% of the time during my study halls and didn’t procrastinate so much.

I don’t understand how I get three hours a night. My school is not competitive, plus I honestly don’t get much out of the work. I stay up late after homework, which is not the best, but it’s free time.
