Award for international student?

Hi,

I am accepted to UVA SEAS '19 (YAY!!!). I’m aware that the school does not offer financial aid for int’l students, but is there any scholarship?

I saw Dean J mentioned “Echols, Rodman, and College Science Scholars.” What are those awards and were they automatically considered for accepted students?

Very sadly I don’t think there is any scholarship given right away to international students, but there’s always scholarship opportunities around after you get in and many of them are open to international students.
