one question about the Rodman Scholarship

I was offered a half-tuition scholarship by the Rodman Scholar Program. I asked around my friends and people I know in UVa, yet none of them know this scholarship. Anyone here have informtation about it? For example how many students is it awarded to every year? And does it mean I only need to pay for the rest during the summer?
Thanks~^_^

The dean over in the engineering school offers those scholarships to only about 6-10 people (sorry, I can’t remember off the top of my head the exact number). Student Financial Services might be answer that second question. Because we don’t administer the funds, I’m not sure if they are restricted in some way.

For all scholarships I’ve received from SEAS, all of them have been prorated well (normally an annual amount divided equally to both fall/spring semesters). You still have the same usual billing dates as everyone, just paying whatever’s the remaining balance (e.g. half in your case).

This is entirely my speculation based on my past experiences though.
