<p>Checked buckeye link this morning and my scholarship awards were posted under award summary which is listed under financial aid. Not sure if financial aid was posted as I did not apply. </p>
<p>Under the “Award Summary” Tab it is asking to “Authorize” the following. Is this about additional scholarships than what is already posted?</p>

Pursuant to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (FERPA), I hereby authorize The Ohio State University to release the scholarship application information provided by me as well as other official and unofficial Ohio State Information regarding my academic progress and status, to scholarship donors for the purpose of providing the donors with information concerning my eligibility as a scholarship recipient.</p>
<p>There are two amounts: accept and offer. On some, there is a number under the offer column yet $0.00 under the accept for that same aid/grant. What am I awarded? Am I awarded all that shows up on my account or just the ones that have amounts under “accept”???</p>

<p>@pine95apple You are awarded everything that is listed under “offer”. This is what they have offered you to help pay your tuition. YOU have to choose whether or not to accept these offers of financial aid. On my account, the pell grant is automatically accepted. So, for me I have some in my “accepted” column and I still haven’t accepted all the loans so I have some in my “offer” column. Once I accept those loans, everything will moved over to the “accepted” column. They give this option because some people choose to not take out loans and just pay from their own pocket if they can afford it.</p>
<p>@benh10 Your cost of attendance should not be 42,000. Is this for OSU? It could just be a glitch in their system, but I would just call and ask because tuition and room/board and all the hidden fees should be about 26,000/year.</p>
