Hello! I’m a junior, and I was thinking about trying for awards, getting work published, or doing something else of that nature to help strengthen my college app (and also just cause it sounds interesting!). My spike is theatre – I’ve acted at my school, in community theatre, professionally (kind of), interned at theatre companies, and taught theatre at summer camps. Would anyone have any idea what sort of award-type-thing would work with this category of interest? And, if not, I’m also strong in English and history so anything in that vein (aside from your usual Ayn Rand essay and Concord Review) is also something I’d definitely be interested in.
