I have a wide range of awards of all types: international, national, regional and in school. They aren't amazing like IMO or Intel but they are definitely noteworthy and of good quality, so as to warrant writing on my application.

I have 12 or 13 awards while there are only 5 slots on the CommonApp so I have to decide which 5 I will mention in the designated section and which 5 I will mention in the Additional Information.

Should I mention the best ones in the main section, the internationals in the main section, the ones pertaining to my intended major in the main section, or a mix to show achievement inside and outside school in the main section?

In terms of the awards I have four international mathematical competition distinctions, one international olympiad selection but that is in grade 8 so there isn't a slot for that in the main section, six awards within school that display that I was either the best or the second best in the class for those particular subjects, one award within school for an elected position, and one national award for a virtual stock exchange competition in which I came first in the school and fifth nation-wide.

Basically I have finalized this so far...
Main section:
2 international math award distinctions
1 national virtual stock exchange competition

That leaves me with two slots, of which I need to decide whether I put two school awards to show well-roundedness or the two international math competition awards.

What do you guys think and why?

Thank you very much. All help is greatly appreciated!
