i believe colgate has small classes as well as being a top liberal arts college

The College of New Jersey is a very good public school, with small class sizes - the biggest were no more than 35-45 students, and most were considerably smaller. It was recently put in the 'Most Selective' category for undergraduate schools, and is considered a good liberal arts school. I have to say the science courses are very tough, especially chemistry. They also have a combined BS/MD program.

Chestnut Hill College is another very small liberal arts college, though it is not as well-respected as TCNJ. It used to be a womens college and went coed a couple of years ago. I was there for my freshman year in 2000-2001, and in my french class, there were 3 students including me. Can't get much smaller than that! There was about 100 in the freshman class. so if you are looking for an extremely small school, you can check out CHC.
Feel free to email me or PM me.

Colby is a very nice college, top 20 liberal arts, small classes, intelligent and VERY affable profs, and great food.

Oh yeah, and about 80% acceptance rate into Med School. Apparently, every student ith over 3.5GPA and a decent MCAT score is guaranteed entrance into atleast one med-school... but that seems to be the case for every school, lol.
