I read somewhere that a B+ average is a UW 3.3 is that true?

Yes, that is correct. McGill looks at UW GPA.

thx! Also i know they only look academic courses does that mean only math, english, science, history. do you know if it includes any language classes?

Language classes would be considered. PhysEd would not be considered.
