I was accepted into B.E.S.T. Hall, but there are two things I'm very nervous about. I heard that it's very cliquey and not social at all. Also, I'm taking Precalc 115 in the fall, so will I have nobody to study with in the fall?

AIMS is for those who placed into Precalc or Algebra.

To find a study partner, ask around in your class. Don’t be shy, there isn’t time. Also there are usually group tutoring sessions available for math and you can probably meet people there as well.

Best as far ive heard is an excellent dorm and its a wanted spot
id say go with best if you got in
Take advantage of the tutor programs offered which should be offered
or even ask around in class, make friends, friends can be study partners even tutors if their good at the subject

I vote for BEST Hall. You got accepted, not everybody is that lucky. Don’t worry about it being ‘cliquey’, chances are that’s not true and you’re going to meet people regardless. As far as having people to studying with, if they aren’t near you in your res hall, you can always study with your classmates.

yes and if that is not enough you can get a very large one in the common kitchen. There is a heavy duty micro and an oven in the common too. You share a bathroom to with 3 other people and if you become a leader you can get a single quad… I will be getting those next year, take my word for it… it is better to make it a surprise, you will expect too much or think to less of the place… I know it is exiting because I was in the same place as you
