Bachelor in accounting but......

Hi.I really need an advice. Here is my situation:
I am currently a freshman enrolled in BBA Accounting program.I want to stay in the program but I really want to get either an associate or a certificate in some other major within the next 2 years,so I could get a decent part time job.
My school only offers:
Associate degree:Information technolohy(computers) and associate in arts(really easy to get.Basically its like a liberal arts associate degree lol)
Certificates:the school offers A LOT of those. They mainly require 15-18 credits.
My concerns are:
1.Will any one of listed above actually will help me get a decent part time job(15-20 hours a week,9-15 dollars an hour)?
2.When I get my bachelors can I still put on my resume that I have an associate degree or a certificate in a different field?
3.Will it enhance my full-time job/resume potential.In other words-will it look good?

Also it would really help if you could post some of the most wanted certificates if such exist

You’re better off not wasting your time trying to get a “certificate” just to get a part-time job in college.

Just apply for jobs and let them know you are an accounting major and such, being in school working for a degree > having an associates/certificate
