Is it like high school where people just wear ordinary backpacks to get to classes or am I just misinformed?

I'm gonna be using my high school backpack.. I don't think its that big of a deal..

No Iran. Due to the recent threats and dangers in the country, backpacks are kind of banned. If you wear a regular sized backpack, you will get stopped by campus police. You can wear a smaller one, but you have to check it before you enter a building. Most people just carry stuff in clear bags. Police doesn't care about those.

A lot of people use the roller backpacks (like a luggage type backpack) in college. They decorate them all sorts of ways. I never had the money to afford one though. I see Gucci and Louis V's and all those other high-end stuff.

Yes, "ordinary" backpacks will suffice. Bring whatever you'd like as long as it carries your materials. I don't care if you carry your books around in a wagon. Just don't mind the stares..

is roflkeke kididng?

No, roflkeke isn't actually kidding about this. Security is really heightened at UCSD (especially during Sun God). One of my friends missed her final because she got stopped by security for having a normal backpack. As a result, she failed the course, putting her on AP (academic probation). Her financial aid was withdrawn, and she was forced to drop out and sell drugs.

Wearing a normal backpack may get you tasered, or even killed. I heard that behind suicide, police killings are the second highest cause of death on campus.

What????? I Thought I Was Stupid For Asking Such A Obvious Question But To Get Tased + Killed?? ***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to college...

People die at colleges every year. Nothing new.

***. Okay you guys aren't funny....

haha you're an idiot.

oh god... hahaha just use whatever you want to use... but i use a backpack

How big of a backpack?

I heard grocery bags are the new hottest commodity at UCSD. I'm repping Food Maxx. What about you guys?

if you do carry a normal backpack you better be wearing a "Don't Tase Me Bro" shirt

^ Is not lying. Saw it with my own eyes.
