Bad Freshman and Sophomore year, Good Junior Year... Will DePaul Look Past This?

Ok so my freshman and sophomore grades suck. Frosh GPA (2.7), Soph GPA (2.8). However, I'm currently a Junior and have worked really really hard this year and my GPA is now 3.5. I also see no reason why my senior GPA shouldn't be the same or higher. Will DePaul notice my improvement? Or will they just see my current cumulative GPA (2.8) and reject me on the spot?

I'm hoping to get into the Theatre Management program and am very involved in my town's arts community. I'm also very, very involved with extracurriculars (seriously it's ridiculous how many extracurrulars I do).

I'm not sure what my SAT/ACT scores will be like yet and I know I can get excellent teacher reccomendation letters.

Do I have any chance of getting into DePaul?

Thanks!

Yes you have a chance. However, you must know that the theatre school is well known here and difficult to get into. General admission into something other than theatre would be fine with decent ACTs. Good luck
