Bad Freshman Year...Do I still have a chance at UC?

<p>Freshman year I had a 3.0 first semester and a 2.8 the next.</p>

<p>Sophomore year of my 1st semester I improved to a 3.8 UW/ 4.16 W.
2nd semester I got a 4.0 UW/ 4.3 W</p>

<p>I am about to start my Junior year and I was wondering if I did well in my Junior year well I still have a chance at UC's like Davis and SD?</p>
