<p>Im a sophmore currently and i was worried about having pretty bad grades on my report card...i did pretty bad on midterm exams (c's and d's) and my gpa is a 4.04 weighted by the end of the year...also for the final grade in my classes at the end of the year im expecting a high b in history,english and ap bio </p>

<p>Unless you attend a very prestigious Prep school, straight B’s do not give you much of a chance of acceptance.</p>
<p>Is there any way you can retake those c’s and d’s over the summer?
If not, start coming up with a sympathetic reason for your decline.</p>
<p>i have a rigourous schedule though and my gpa is still pretty good…its just those three b’s are killler…is it that BAD?</p>
<p>It’ll probably count against you if you have too many. Penn’s a lot harder than whatever you’ll have in high school, so they try to gauge how you’d do in college there.</p>
