Bad Gpa, Repeated Classes, Hard School... What are my chances?

Hi forum,

Right now I go to one of the best/hardest schools in America (in the top 50). It is primarily Asian (80%ish). AP testing scores are in the 940s... and average Sats are in the 1800, but I hear most people have them in the 2100+s. It is ridiculous...and I HATE it. I can't change schools and that is not an option (I know those are gonna be the responses).

Here are my grades/classes (I starred some out to make it more anonymous. Alot of people in my school could figure out who i am):
9th Grade Sem1:
Algebra 2/trig - C
Literature - B
Biology - B
PE - A
*** - A
Spanish 1 - D --> Repeated B
*** - B

9th Grade Sem2:
Algebra 2/trig - D --> Repeated A (Alg2/sem2)
Literature - C
Biology - C
PE - A
*** - A
Spanish 1 - D --> Repeated B
*** - C

10th Grade sem1:
Precalc Reg - B
Chem Reg - B
History - B
Literature - B
PE - A
Spanish 2 - C

10th Grade sem2:
Precalc Reg - C
Chem Reg - B
History - B
Literature - A
PE - A
Spanish 2 - B

My grades are bad, and my school is hard. I take responsibility for my grades and I know they are bad and it is my fault. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, and my grades seem to have that effect. In middle school, I used to be one of the smartest students in my school, but in High school the effort needed was ridiculous and I couldn't focus. Until now, when i have medication to help me (at the beg of junior year). I still have time left and now I believe I can get all As. I am taking ap computer science over summer (not repeating). I have my own programming apps business that has generated over 40grand in 2 years. I also have been in ASB leadership, and I am an eagle scout. I also did wrestling freshmen year which reduced my grades a lot. I am indian, so that doesn't help. I have a current sat score of 2200 and want to get it to the 2400 mark. Many people at my school do have 2400, and I believe I can too. My school has many standford grad, UCs are especially popular, and some east coast schools. Lots of ivy leagues.

I want to go to a good college, but everyone in my school wants that and it is not full of any slackers. I really want to attend Boston university/University of Illinois/UC Davis or Irvine or SD. What are my chances?
