Will my grades in certain subjects hurt my chances a lot?

All throughout high school, I've been fairly good in the majority of subjects. I get mostly A's, some B's. And I take a lot of honors courses. (Honors English ever year and next year, honors geometry and precalc, honors chem, bio and physics and honors french 4 and 5...I am taking AP chem next year). My current GPA is 3.4 but that is not taking into account quarter 4 and final exams which make up 34% of my final grade so I am hoping my GPA will go up.
The only two classes I struggle in are math and physics.
In 9th grade, in geometry, I got 79 and 66 for two quarters and my final grade was a 77. In bio I struggled a little but only for the first quarter (I got a 71)..my final grade ended up being a 79. I didn't get any bad grades in 10th grade. I maintained high A's and B's (most of my final grades were A's). This year, 11th grade, I've been struggling a lot in physics and pre-calc.
In physics, I've gotten a 75, 73 and 74. I'm genuinely not slacking off. I'm exhausted every resource in order to improve my grades but I just don't get it. (Of course that bit of information won't show on my transcript).
Same for pre-calc...I struggle a lot despite the fact that I honestly do try hard. I've gotten a 75, 78, and 68. The 68 can partially be attributed to the fact that I was in the hospital for the majority of the 3rd quarter so I was really behind and trying to juggle the current stuff with the new stuff we were actually learning in class. And a lot of stuff I learned one day after school and didn't take it until a week later because of my schedule and my teachers schedule. But again, that won't show up in my transcript. Just the fact that I got a 68.
I'm really really working hard to do well in both physics and precalc so my final grade hopefully gets at least to the high 70s (because I think that's as high as it's going to get realistically. Even if I were to get a 100 for the 4th quarter and a 100 on the final exam, my grade would only be an 83.
From what I understand, I will not need physics in college for my major. I haven't taken my SATs of ACTs yet (I planned on taking them earlier in the year but I had to change the date to the date in May because of my hospitalization) and the ACTs I will be taking in June.
Of course, grades aren't everything so I guess I should mention everything else.....
I've done tennis for 3 years. Animal Lovers Club and SADD club. I am a part of Quill and Scroll. And I volunteer at a hospital. (I plan on doing other volunteer work over the summer also).

I really want to be a social worker. And I'm really interested in University of Pittsburgh....I'm just really afraid I won't get in. I guess it's a little hard to say what my chances are since I haven't taken my SATs and ACTs yet.
But I guess...will my math and physics grades hurt me a lot?

I think I may have posted this in the wrong section. (Not sure if I can move it I’m on my phone) I am not asking my chances of getting in to Pitt or any college really. I understand that’s pretty hard to do unless I’ve actually taken the SATs/ACTs. What I am asking is if my precalc and physics grades will hurt me a lot?

UPitt: Aim for 27+/1850+

I think you’ll be fine if you do well on your act & sat. Also I am looking to start sadd at my school next year and was wondering what types of events you do at your school?
