K so I think I might be getting a B/C in dance this semester because I was sick for two days and
a)forgot to turn in make up work before the deadline
b)missed the days we learned the last part of the dance and bombed the dance test
I'm just ****ed off because I work so hard and get straight A's in all my other classes. It isn't the first time I've screwed up my grade in an easy class: eighth grade ruined my 4.0 with a B in PE after I broke my ankle, last year 89% in Spanish 2 because I forgot my homework. Obviously a habit I need to break.
Just wondering if anyone else has done the same thing? Also, would it be stupid to retake this class next year in order to salvage my GPA?

Cal doesn’t even care about PE class. They’ll just not even care about it.

Colleges generally don’t pay much attention to your grades in electives. It’s the core classes (English, math, science, social studies, foreign language) that they really care about.

Will it be included in my final GPA? If it significantly brings down overall grades, will colleges note that?
Thanks for the replies. :)
