Bad junior year grades... what will colleges think?

I go to a very competitive public school. I got straight A's in freshman and sophomore year, save for a B in first semester Chemistry honors. My GPA was a 4.8 weighted.

I decided to challenge myself in junior year, and I took 3 APs and 2 honors. Physics AP, APUSH, Chinese AP, English 3 H, and Pre-calc H. I also took philosophy.

Physics basically threw off my whole junior year. I didn't understand it so I spent a lot of my time studying for it, but it didn't help. I also got the harder teacher for US History, who only gave about ~5 A's per semester. For pre-calc, I understood the material and had a 93% before the final, but the teacher decided to make it extremely hard to lower the number of A's.

Basically, I got a C in physics and B's in Pre-calc and APUSH first semester. Second semester, I bumped physics up to a B, but the rest stayed the same. Now, I have a 3.82 UW and 4.62 W.

I know this hurts my chances, but will I still be able to get into the schools I'm applying to? I have good test scores and ECs-- you can look at my chance thread.

I'm applying to schools like Georgetown, UPenn, Claremont McKenna, UCBerkeley, UCLA, etc. Any help is appreciated! Thanks (:

And I forgot to add:

I understood all of what I took in junior year except for Physics. Therefore, my AP scores are good and so is my Math II. Also, my APUSH teacher loves me and I’m getting a rec letter from her.

My senior courses are: AP Stat, AP Bio, Gov/Econ AP, AP Lit, Calc AB AP

Hey hey hey. RELAX. One C isn’t going to kill you, your GPA is still extremely high. However, those schools are extremely competative-let’s be real, Georgetown isn’t a sure thing for anyone. But the UCs? I think you’re in. I don’t know much about Claremont McKenna, but I do like your chances for UPENN.

Lol, thank you. College apps are making me go insane. c:
