Bad math grade

I posted this somewhere else but since Cornell is the college I want to go to I figure I post it here

So this year I decided to take Multivariate calculus as a senior--WORST MISTAKE EVER.

I got a 65 and it is going to show up in my mid year report.

I was wondering if colleges might overlook this considering that really is the worst grade I have on my transcript?

plus I'm black so idk if that helps a bit (not many black ppl take Calc III)
and i do not plan to be a math or science MAJOR!

well it shows that you went above and beyond. You could have taken basket weaving but u choose to challenge yourself which will definitely help. Since your not doing anything math or science related, it wont look like you can’t handle wut ever you want to study. Also, it never hurts to be a minority. Good luck!

why worry? what’s done is done. it’s not like you have a DeLorean.
