I got a 670 physics, 700 mathIIc, and 690 Literature and I want to apply to UVa and VaTech for engineering. Are these bad scores? I'm have a chance to retake this weekend and plan to retake the math one. I can retake physics too but I haven't prepared for it, should i attempt a retake or just be happy with these scores?

bump?

by the way, Vatech is like a safety for me and UVa is a match/reach (but i am in state which would help), would these scores make a significant difference for either?

my sat score is 2140, but my main question is on my SATIIs

Please reply soon, I need to decide now!

this is my full list, how would my scores be at any of these schools?

University of Virginia

Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University

Georgia Institute of Technology

University of Michigan – Ann Arbor

University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign

University of Maryland – College Park

Cornell University

Purdue – West Lafayette

Penn State – University Park

those SAT II scores arn't bad at all...they'll look more at physics and math, and since you took mathII and did well, you should be ok...i wouldnt worry about the physics, since if you had high school physics, and do well on the SAT II, then you'll be fine in college physics...thats all theyre looking for really

wait do you live in VA...because if so, applying to tech would be a safety for you..UVA is a good match....those who live in VA have far benefit in that sense...VA tech you dont even need to worry about

yeah i live in VA.
