So I'm a computer science student in chem 102, and on my first exam I got a pretty bad score. 67% WITH the curve...sorta freaking out. Is that a good score or a bad score cause a few of my friends got even lower than me, but I just feel like it was cause they didn't study. I actually want to keep a decent GPA and 67% on my first exam does not sound like it will boost my GPA at all..

assuming you’re a freshman, calm down. its only the first exam. you have the rest of the semester, let alone the rest of your collegiate tenure to bring up your grades. a lot of people start off the semester rough since they’re new to everything. if you didn’t feel prepared for chem, do the homeworks, put in the time studying, and go see professors at office hours.
