You should tell me what other internships you’re going to apply to. Help a fellow East Bay-er out! Haha.
sigh competitive market…

@jordan858 i just called and the lady told me the exactt same thing lol

@ jordan858 and @gocubs22
did you call your individual market banks? or did you call the main number for the program listed on the website?

@gocubs ugh the detroit market said it was going to be mid-may by mail?? I don’t want to wait any more!!!

@bbq yeah i just called think there is an individual one. or not one that i know of

@tessa yea i knoww i hope thats not seriously it.

did anybody use a former teacher for the recs? like i used my 9th grade English teacher for mine cus i thought they knew me the best lol

i called the number on the website, how do you find out the individual market’s number?

@Gillatorby

Yeah, seriously! What other internships are out there that are still taking people for East Bay-ers? I really hope we get this one, but I have a feeling we should all have back ups in mind.

There was no transcript required when apply, right?
Only 1 rec letter.

yea… im dumb for that one… wishing nyc’s not competitive…lol im just still waiting… like most of you guys…

@ lovingbird;

actually there was 2 recs. haha.

^

No, it was one recommendation. You’re wrong; read the website again.

@HYPSMhopeful Thank you!
I found this site:
[Bank of America | NEA Member Benefits](http://www.neamb.com/home/4481.htm)

oh… yes, rereading it, the requirement was one.
but on the application there was clearly a space where it said; an additional recommendation is accepted but not required.
my bad. but most of my friends i know who did this as well as my friends from the arizona market are saying they put two. so idk i doubt it matters?

I don’t think it matters, but I got 3 recommendations… D:

pffft Jenn way to one up us :P

yeah. the application process was a little tedious if not confusing. good thing we didnt need transcripts and sats. imagine how horribly long the application would have took ):

I heard that SF, CA market got their acceptances.

Not sure about East Bay/Oakland and Silicon Valley yet! Keeping my fingers crossed like no other

@ typhical - Me too! If grades counted there’s probably no way I would have been accepted :P

I only had one rec, so I don’t think it matters that much
