Do you know how your friend from Florida was asked for an interview? I got two calls, around 10 or 11 pm, on separate days from palmdale which is in Cali and im not sure if it could be them? @ninadasiyā
@jessblessā yes atlanta does hold interviews. Emails were sent out last week

I wonder why some markets have interviews and others donāt. Do you guys know how competitive your markets are? I donāt know how many people applied from DC.

D had an interview today in the Atlanta market. She was told they received 340 applications and were interviewing 20 students.
@rednile Congrats on her being a finalist! How was her interview? What kind of questions did they ask?
Iām also from New Jersey and havenāt heard anything! I hate waiting

@majorityā this is Rednileās daughter posting: the interview went well. It was about 10 minutes. They started off by asking me to describe myself, and then they asked me two specific questions about activities I wrote about in my application. Then they asked me if I had any questions. It was pretty conversational: donāt worry about it!

@NICE8xā : Iām not from MA, but I know that some markets donāt get interviews. I think only a couple of markets have interviews so I wouldnāt worry too much! Plus, if there was an interview, they would have informed you by now, so most likely you guys donāt have interviews. Are you a junior or senior?
@Foodlover001ā Thanks! I had read previous threads but since no one was ever from MA, whether MA had interviews or not did not come up. All I can hope is that they did not hold interviews and waitā¦oh and Iām a Junior.
@NICE8xā : Iām a junior too! I hope they balance out the number of juniors and seniors in my market. The DC market is so big, so Iām sure tons of people applied.
@xLaker2410x Iām from the Austin area too! I havenāt heard anything about interviews, so Iām assuming we donāt have to do them. I havenāt heard much hype about this program in Austin, so I donāt think thereās that many people doing it. Have you heard about anything?
My D had an interview in Houston yesterday.It was 15 mins long and the Qās were more on the line of why do you want to volunteer ,tell me more about yourself typeā¦They interviewed 20 people in Houston.They got more than 300 + applications.
