I don’t have a ton, either. I want to make it in this year, because next year’s summer, I’ll be heading into my freshman year of college, and I want to spend tons of time with my friends and family and maybe work 20 hour weeks 
I’m applying! Baltimore market. Do you guys know how selective it is? I couldn’t find any statistics on the website.
I heard that 3-4% get accepted. It’s easier to get into Harvard than this. I also heard that with good essays, it won’t be impossible.
Where did you hear that?
does anybody know whether this internship looks prestigious on ivy league applications?

I’m from the Portland, Oregon market! I applied the day before the app was due but this sounds like a great program so I hope I get in! Does anyone know the stats about how many people get in, or the overall quality of the internship?

This link says that ~6k people apply, with ~225 selected. That’s info from 2013, so I don’t know how accurate it is now.

lol i’ve been creeping on previous years threads 
Haha I’ve been creeping on previous years threads too :P. I’m in the Raleigh/Durham district. I’ve heard that a lot of the people who get accepted have like 400+ service learning hours, which is really intimidating. Fingers crossed!
